Medic-1 is constantly seeking hardworking, compassionate and responsible individuals to join our team of professionals.  The following positions are available:

Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

• Valid State or County EMT-Basic certification card

• LA County Expanded Scope of Practice Module

• National Registry Card for EMT-Basic

• Valid Healthcare Provider CPR Certification

• Valid California DriverLicense

• Valid California Ambulance License

• Current DL-51 (DMV medical examiner's physical)

• DMV H-6 printout (30 days old or newer)

• National Incident Management System Certification in IS 100b & IS 200b

• High School Diploma or GED

• Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills

Dispatcher

• Valid State or County EMT-Basic certification card

• LA County Expanded Scope of Practice Module

• National Registry Card for EMT-Basic

• Valid Healthcare Provider CPR card

• Valid California Drivers license

• Valid California Ambulance License

• Current DL-51 card (DMV Medical Examiner.s Physical)
